Thank you for shopping with Threads & Needle. This page explains how we handle delivery of your orders, including digital downloads, physical products, and international shipments.

1. Digital Downloads

• Instant Delivery: After payment is confirmed, download links for digital products (e.g., embroidery patterns/templates) are displayed on screen and sent by email.

• Access in Account: You can also access downloads via your account area.

• Please Save: Download links may expire after a period, so please save the file to your device.

• No Physical Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical shipment is associated with these.

2. Physical Products

Dispatch Times:

• Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• During busy periods or sales this may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Times:

• UK Delivery: Standard via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class — typically 2–5 working days from dispatch.

• Europe & Rest of World: Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

3. Tracking & Delays

• If your order includes tracking, you will be sent tracking details by email.

• Delivery times are estimates only and start from dispatch, not purchase.

• Delays caused by couriers, customs, local postal services, strikes, or force-majeure events are outside our control.

4. Delivery Problems

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will assist you.

5. International Taxes & Duties

For customers outside the UK:

• You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are not included in our prices unless stated.

• Check with your local customs office if unsure.

6. Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

7. Risk & Ownership

• Ownership and risk of physical goods pass to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided.
