Digital Product Licence & Usage Terms

All digital products sold by Threads & Needle (including embroidery files, patterns, templates, and downloads) are protected by copyright law.

1. Licence Grant

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and/or small commercial use, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Permitted Use

You MAY:

• Use the files for personal projects

• Use the files to create physical items for personal use or small-scale commercial sale

• Resize designs for personal use

3. Prohibited Use

You MAY NOT:

• Share, copy, gift, resell, or redistribute the digital files

• Upload files to file-sharing sites or social media

• Sell, sublicense, or claim the designs as your own

• Convert files into other formats for redistribution

• Use designs in mass production or for print-on-demand services

4. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Threads & Needle.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once files are downloaded unless the file is faulty or corrupted.

6. Termination

Any breach of this licence will result in immediate termination of your right to use the files.
